Our new waterfront community is located on some of the finest sea side shoreline on Virginia’s Eastern Shore. There are panoramic views over the sparkling waters of Metompkin Bay with direct access into the Atlantic and onto the Barrier Islands.

Enjoy sunrises over Cedar Island, harvest oysters from your own oyster beds, crab from the dock or cruise the short distance across to the barrier islands.

Fourteen barrier islands, making up the Virginia Coastal Reserve, are owned and protected by the Nature Conservancy. Nearly 42 miles of secluded sandy beaches are just waiting to be explored.

Waterfront sites range from 1.3 to 2.7 acres and waterview/access sites are 1 acre +-, with no time frame restrictions on when you must build. Requires just a 2,200 sq. ft. minimum home.
