The Dunes at Bay Ridge is an exclusive, private community of only eleven lots included within a private community of 45 secluded homesites on the shores of the magnificent Chesapeake Bay.

The Dunes at Bay Ridge belongs to both the Bay Ridge Property Owners Association and the Dunes at Bay Ridge Property Owners Association. Amenities here are numerous.

The Common Areas for all members of the Dunes at Bay Ridge include all the Bay Ridge common areas such as pool, tennis courts, use of the 34 acre freshwater lake, Lake Allure, a 6900 foot walking easement along the most beautiful private beach between lots 13 and 14 - all for an annual assessment of $260.00 per year levied by the Bay Ridge Property Owners Association.

Additional common areas for members of the Dunes at Bay Ridge are a nature walk over the dunes to 1/3 acre of beautiful sandy beach. Each property owner owns 1/11th of the road and their pro rata share of the beach common area at the Dunes at Bay Ridge. The Dunes at Bay Ridge Property Owners fee is $120.00 per year additional.
